I began writing this just before my now ex-colleague Reed Shamsudin left. I've updated the last bits.

My office will lose another star by the end of this week, a star by the name of Reed Shamsudin. Reed's leaving ASTRO News, and the broadcasting industry, to move into the print news business.
Reed's resignation is the third in the space of six months for ASTRO News. I don't know about industry averages, but I'd venture to guess that at that rate of departure, we may just be able to rival Chep Lap Kok (forgive the spelling if it's wrong) Airport in Hong Kong!
After Josie Ling left in February, Sherine Ong followed in March. Josie has moved on to bigger things in Bloomberg in Singapore, while Sherine left for beautiful Italy to study the language on a free three-month scholarship.
